During my tenure as Saftey Officer, I reason to seek a new provider for ` Hospitality` services at the stadium.
In 2023 i employed Ei Security , who provided me with SIA staff for the main reception, hospitality (lounge / boxes) and JBs Public bar areas of the stadium.
Ei Security are also employed by the Events team to cover private events at the staduim, such as birthday parties, club events and other events in JBs Bar on none match days.
Following the exellent serviceproveded by the company i employed extra staff for `stadium bowl` deployments. These deployments were for large higher risk fixtures. The staff adapted to manage large crowds in a professional manor and were often assigned specific tasks on turnstiles, bars and critical areas that required robust managment.
This was done professionally and in a manor to which away suporters responded well.
Staff from Ei Security became a crucial part of the match day planning and conducted 90% of the licenceable activities within the stadium footprint.
I was always proveded with the number of staff requestedand had no reason to make any complaints about staff conduct throught the season.
